Bug Description
Hello, while adopting the package qr-tools in Debian, I browsed the bug report list, and
fixed bug #961503, "qtqr: When you try to read the QR Code while using the camera, it crashes."
I attach the debian patch which solves the issue, and updates French translations (including the new error message when the camera is already in use by another application)
