Bug Description
Binary package hint: qpsmtpd
On an utf8-system (i.e. ubuntu 10.04 LTS) qpsmtpd adds a non 7-bit clean received header to every email. Especially in march, what's called "März" in German, the "ä" is "<C3><A4>". That causes for example amavis, to classify the mail as SPAM because of this "BAD HEADER".
Example:
Received: from xxx.xxx.de (HELO xxx.xxx.de) (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)
by xxx (qpsmtpd/0.40) with ESMTP; Mi, 09 M<C3><A4>r 2011 20:00:31 +0100
An easy solution ist to add "LANGUAGE=C LANG=C LC_ALL=C" in the qpsmtpd-
