libqpid-proton missing pkg-config for libqpid-proton-core

Using Ubuntu 22.10

Installing the following packages:
libqpid-proton11 amd64 0.37.0-1
libqpid-proton-cpp12 amd64 0.37.0-1
libqpid-proton11-dev amd64 0.37.0-1
libqpid-proton-cpp12-dev amd64 0.37.0-1

If you try and use libqpid-proton-cpp via pkg-config it points at a core package that doesn't seem to exist in ubuntu?

Going to drop this patch here as well but is this package being actively maintained anymore?
