Bug Description
Qpidd and qpid clients segfault on exit with a SEGFAULT on pthread_
Running ubuntu 12.04 (development) on AMD64 arch.
Some dorky testing with some qpid client code in c++ seems to suggest a problem with a pthread_cancel() call when an program terminates.
