Bug Description

When minimized to the bar on top of the screen in Oneiric, Qjackctl does not raise anymore. The only way to shut down is by killing the process.

Expected result should be restoring the window of qjackctl.

It was fixed in 11.10, but the same issue returned in 12.04. Perhaps the same solution can be used.
