qjackctl cannot start jack: ERROR: cannot register object path

Bug Description

after upgrading from 12.10 to 13.04, qjackctl cannot start jack. it complains with:

could this be occurring because python-dbus is set to python3-dbus and the installed version of python is 2.7.3?
