Installation failed with dependency issue:

Hi Po-Hsu,
I have looked out for this kind of issues but it never re-appeared in any of my tests nor can it be reproduced. By now I'd assume it was some kind of out-of-sync archive in your case.

I'll mark this incomplete, but if you have since then found a way to reliable recreate the issue let me know.
