qemu-linaro-beagleboard: Unable to boot from nand

Hi All,

I have used 2012.04 version of qemu from linaro git git://git.linaro.org/qemu/qemu-linaro.git

I was able to booted SD image virtual in beagle board.
But issue I was found while booting from nand.

Tried below procedure for creating mtdblock device.

After creating beagle_nand.bin, i tried

$> qemu-system-arm -M beagle -mtdblock beagle-nand.bin -nographic
qemu: hardware error: no boot device found

Can anyone please help on this issue.

I am suspecting something about creating beagle_nand.bin, tried many trail..but can't find any.


Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.
