qemu-kvm max number of nics too low

Bug Description

Binary package hint: qemu-kvm

qemu-kvm allow up to 8 nics per vm, this value is really too low for vm attached to lots of network (I have a installation with 10 vlan right now but this value will rise in near future)
I made a patch to up this value to 24, this should be safe as you can read on this thread
