Bug Description

qcad has been removed from Debian due non-distibutable files. See http://bugs.debian.org/645043

Although I haven't checked, it's very likely that Ubuntu is affected as well as at least some releases contain the unmodified package from Debian.

the partlib package too, that is totally undistributable (even qcad's
website doesn't have permission to distribute it)

Changed in qcad (Debian):

note: qcad 2.0.5.0-1+090318.1-2 is a transitional package and is in
precise, so you don't need to purge anything from precise
