Bug Description
Linux kernels > 2.6.32 moved several include files that are generated automatically from linux/* to generated/*. This patch causes qc-usb-source to look in the appropriate place (and hence build again) on these kernels.

Turns out this driver is actually pretty redundant (for me at least) since 2.6.29 anyway - gspca_stv06xx seems to support all of the hardware that I have which used to use qc-usb.
