invalid peer message in the case of no port

it's not altogether clear that, when you are adding a peer to a torrent, that you need a port, but you do

use case: you go to add a peer, but you have no port only an ip address

what does happen "Invalid peer"

what should happen: some kind of clue that an ip address *and* a port is needed
