Bug Description
Every other torrent seems to behave as follows
Torrent completes, it seeds for awhile, and I have a script that every morning clears out the completed stuff from my ~/Downloads folder --- when it is cleared out the "completed" tororents go to Paused
for some reason
this one, single torrent after completing in the morning, and seeding all day, the next time I restart (only sometimes, but maybe 1 in 2 times that i start qbittorrent) ...it starts the torrent again as if it never completed downloading. This results in one torrent being downloaded over and over and over again :

what should happen:
the behaviour of torrents should be consistent - the process should be either (for all torrents)
option A
1. downloading
2. complete
3. seeding
(when i move the files away and then restart the program)
4. paused
(until i update the upload path to where it should be)
or
option B
1. downloading
2. complete
3. seeding
(when i move the files away and then restart the program)
4. downloading
i'd obviously prefer option A but either way it should be consistent
