Bug Description
There seem to random spikes in CPU usage for no apparent reason in Qbittorrent. These spikes also cause network my torrent download and upload to speeds to drop to 0 KiB/s temporarily then increase back to normal. Sometimes these spikes will stay 100% and won't stop until I kill the process.
I can't include steps to reproduce this behavior since I don't know the cause but if it helps I am using an IP filter.

Hello!
I have seen this behaviour on my qBittorrent too. It happens when I add a new torrent and the first MB are downloaded.
At first, I thought that it was due to pre-allocation space, but I have that option disabled.
Anyway, after some seconds (the first MB are downloaded) the CPU use fall to normal.
