Qbittorrent 3.x dont use correctly path "Keep incomplete torrents in" to download.

Hi,
Ubtuntu 12.04
Qbittorrent 3.02

I set qbitorrent like these,
Save files to location: \mnt\downloads
Keep incomplete torrents in: \mnt\temp
Watched Folder: \mnt\incoming

Well then i put a .torrent from other computer with a samba share in \mnt\incoming
Then instead of start downloaded to \mnt\temp it does directly in \mnt\downloads and when finnished sometimes I have the files twice, one with extension .!qb and other without it.

But if I stop all currently loaded torrents, close the aplication and again try to running again, works like a charm with the correct paths. >> \mnt\temp and when alredy downloaded goes to \mnt\downloads without any problems.

Then because the autoload torrents function don't respect the options that I set ?
