Bug Description
Once a torrent finishes, you can not change the priority of the individual files.
Why have this when the files are already downloaded?
Example: If there's a torrent with 50 files, I set all the individual files to "maximum", as I go through the files, I change the priority to "normal". This helps keep track what has been checked/reviewed.
