Opens browser and directs to site with content protesting russian actions on ukraine

After the initial configuration, the q4wine package opens a browser window that redirect to a site where the author explains that all his projects are halted due to the russian actions on ukraine.

http://q4wine.brezblock.org.ua/

The site contains several videos with patriotic content.

What I expected to happen:
- That q4wine would work normally.

What happened instead:
- A browser window opened with unexpected content.

This bug was fixed in the package q4wine - 1.1-r2-3
