Bug Description

Software center is using python-xdg to find the xdg_cache_home and xdg_config home dirs. It would be good to have a py3 version of python-xdg for this.

There is a new upstream release compatible with python3:

I pointed it to Barry and he said he's interested in looking at the update so assigning to him so we don't dup work

    + Add python3-xdg stanza.
    + Updated Build-Depends for Python 3.
    + Build-Depend on debhelper >= 9.
    + Added X-Python-Version and X-Python3-Version headers.
