Need to upgrade -- Cannot fetch weather information

python-weather-api has been updated to version 0.3

A new tarball will be available here shortly:

The latest revision here (r117) is version 0.3

This update is needed to add Py3k support, fix the Yahoo Weather fetching, remove the discontinued Google Weather API, and add Weather.com fetching.

It fixes this issue with Indicator-Weather:

I have installed the updated versions of both pywapi (0.3) and Indicator-Weather (rev 312 - merge request is here: https://code.launchpad.net/~jtasker/weather-indicator/cloudy/+merge/152550) and tested them both, and I can successfully retrieve weather data from Yahoo & Weather.com using pywapi, and can successfully get the Forecast again in Indicator-Weather.

Uploaded to Debian unstable. As it has a new binary package for the python3 version, it has to go through the NEW queue. Once it has been accepted, it will be synced automatically into Ubuntu saucy (the current development release).
