Bug Description
Buttons (and some other components) cannot be dragged in pythoncard's resourceEditor. Some components, such as the slider and textArea, can be dragged.
To reproduce:
open a terminal and type resourceEditor
Using the Component menu, select button
Click on the button and try to drag it.
Ubuntu 9.10
PythonCard version: 0.8.1
wxPython version: 2.6.3.2
Python version: 2.6.4 (r264:75706, Dec 7 2009, 18:45:15)
[GCC 4.4.1]
Platform: linux2
