fs-uae-launcher did produce an error with python

this error happened while "do-release-upgrade -d" from 18.04 to 20.04.

i rolled back the failed do-release-upgrade (thank you btrfs!).

after uninstalling the package "fs-uae-launcher",
the release upgrade runs smooth.

the DpkgTerminalLog.txt shows the underlying problem, which led me to uninstall
fs-uae-launcher.
