python-netcdf in quantal linked to old libnetcdf

Bug Description

When I install the python-netcdf package from quantal and I create a python script w/ only the line "from netCDF4 import Dataset". If I then run that script I get the error message:
    from netCDF4 import Dataset
ImportError: libnetcdf.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Quantal only has libnetcdf.so.7, so I think that for whatever reason python-netcdf was not updated for this version of ubuntu.

Also causes the GDAL utility ogr2ogr to fail with the same error.
