Bug Description

[Availability]
Currently in universe.

[Rationale]
python-requests-toolbelt is a collection of utilities for python-requests. It is also a dependency of python-pylxd which is a nova-lxd dependency.

[Security]
No security history.

[Quality Assurance]
Package works out of the box with no prompting. There are no major bugs in Ubuntu and there are no major bugs in Debian.

[Dependencies]
All are in main.

[Standards Compliance]
FHS and Debian Policy compliant.

[Maintenance]
Simple python package that the OpenStack Team will take care of.

[Background]
python-requests-toolbelt is a collection of utilities for python-requests that don't really belong in requests proper. It provides transport adapters: FingerprintAdapter, SSLAdapter, SourceAddressAdapter, SocketOptionsAdapter, TCPKeepAliveAdapter and authenticators: AuthHandler, GuessAuth, HTTPProxyDigestAuth. Also a cookiejar, streaming helpers and more.

This is in component mismatches again in Jammy.
This time from dnspython (foundations).

As discussed in the MIR Team meeting the openstack team is ok to re-promote this in Jammy as-is and continue to own it.

James Page agreed but wanted to do a quick hygene check on it.
Assigning to him.

@james - one ok, please set this to fix-committed and subscribing archive admins to promote it.

Check performed - package still looks good from an MIR team perspective and adds a useful feature to dnspython (the new reverse-recommends).
