Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS
python3-pip 20.0.2-5ubuntu1.6
As more python projects ship wheels for manylinux, pip becomes unable to install them.
I'm requesting the backport of this feature (released in pip 20.3) to Ubuntu 20.04.
