Bug Description

The autopkgtest of senlin 1:14.0.0-0ubuntu1 is flaky on s390x [1][2], requiring many retries to get it to pass. Other architectures do not seem to be affected, and neither is the package in Debian [3].

I've uploaded a new version of senlin with set -x enabled on the autpkgtests to see if we can get any details on the failure.

This appears to not be flaky on s390x any more?
