Please remove python-os-cloud-config from eoan development.

This project is no longer maintained upstream: https://opendev.org/openstack/os-cloud-config

The project is still in Debian, but not updated since 2017 + as noted in the description, the package is no longer maintained upstream. +1 on the removal.
