Bug Description

Please remove bootstrap.min.js and bootstrap.min.css, as these files are considered non-free in most (if not all) downstream distributions.

We include both minified and non-minified for this specific reason.

The minified version is to be considered as a .o file, ie the result of a compilation. Therefore it as nothing to do in a source tree.

Looking at https://wiki.debian.org/Javascript/Policy I see a "could".

Since nobody has stepped up to compile these files in the past, we stay with the current way.
