Bug Description

Please sync python-openstackclient 1.0.3-1 (universe) from Debian unstable main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * d/control, d/rules: There are no remaining differences that need
                          to be carried separately in Ubuntu.
    * setup.cfg: This is out of date in Ubuntu and needs to be updated
                 with the upstream version which is in Debian.

python-openstackclient (1.0.3-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Uploading to unstable.
  * Removed useless patches.
