Bug Description

Currently, the python-omniorb package requires Python 2.7. Are there any plans to add the Python 3 version? Other distributions already have this (e.g., Fedora), and the version of the source package (4.2.2) already has Python 3 support.

With the recent announcement to EOL Python2, it would be really time to include the Python3 version of this package. Is there any plan to do so?

Hi,

this is also an issue for me as we have software that requires python3 bindings or CORBA. Are there any plans to add an updated python-omniorb package in the next release?
