Bug Description

Binary package hint: python-numpy

There are a couple of bugs within the numpy.numarray.functions module: (1) some slice indices are floats when they should be ints, and (2) the function '_resizebuf' is missing. The bug appears to be present in the versions I've examined: 1.3.0, 1.4.1 and 1.5.1.

I'm attaching a quilt patch which fixes this issue -- patch is against 1.3.0.
