  * New upstream release
    - Add Breaks on older sonata versions due to an API change
  * Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Bug-Submit, Repository,
    Repository-Browse.
  * Update standards version to 4.5.0, no changes needed.
  * d/tests/python3: Replace deprecated ADTTMP with AUTOPKGTEST_TMP
  * Remove obsolete X-Python3-Version, which is satisfied in oldstable
  * Remove Breaks/Replaces on versions older than oldstable
