Bug Description
Please remove the package because it does not work with Python 3.8 and it holds back the migration of python3-default to the release pocket.
I have reported the issue occuring with 3.8 upstream:
https:/
The package has no reverse (build) dependencies and has a popcon of 9 in Debian.
root@ee:~# reverse-depends python3-motor
No reverse dependencies found
root@ee:~# reverse-depends -b python3-motor
No reverse dependencies found

Ok, thinking about it a bit and looking at the upstream issue - I think I don't like the idea of removing the package from Ubuntu for now. I am not super experienced with package removal policies, but here a package hint seems to be more fitting instead. Yes, current version of python-motor might not work with 3.8, but upstream seems to be active so the issue should be addressed relatively soon. The package might not be very popular, but it was in Ubuntu since bionic, so I'd not want to remove it without a strong reason. But maybe I'm just too soft, I don't know.
Anyway, for now I'll hint the failure. We can re-visit the removal idea if we see that upstream is not willing to keep the package up-to-date.
