Binary package hint: python-launchpadlib

Hi,

I'd like to upload a new snapshot of launchpadlib to Intrepid.

The main reason for doing this is that it brings support for hosted
file resources, i.e. you can now access bug attachments through
launchpadlib.

The package was not in previous releases, so regression from them
shouldn't be a worry, and there are no rdepends yet.

Talking with the lead upstream developer he supports the move,
and lots of other people want to see a recent snapshot of launchpadlib
in Intrepid so they can make use of the API to write clients.

The lead upstream developer is currently working on another project,
so there may be no more upstream activity on the project before Intrepid.

He knows of two quite serious bugs affecting parts of the functionality,
namely bug 274815 and bug 277533, but doesn't expect to have fixes
any time soon. I think the benefits outweigh the costs of these bugs, and
I will happily prepare an SRU with the fixes if they are deemed serious
enough.

I have been using this for a while now for my experiments with the API,
and I have not found any bugs with it.
