Lamson crashes because of missing dependency (python-jinja2)

Problem:
Lamson crashes when started with lamson start; lamson log etc.

Reason:
Lamson needs the jinja2 template library to run properly.
It crashes with an error stating that this dependecy is missing.

Solution:
Add the ubuntu package "python-jinja2" to the dependcies of package "python-lamson"

also states:
Lamson and all dependencies (Jinja2, nosetests)

Nosetest is only required if you want to run the testcases of this library.

So "python-nose" may be appropriate to be included in the package recommends section
