Seems to affect both Quantal and Raring currently.

Prevents installation of the package in Quantal.

[Test Case]
Attempt installation of python-jenkinsapi in Quantal. It fails because it depends on python-beautifulsoup4, which is not available in Quantal.

[Regression Potential]
None whatsoever. Just fixes the dependency.

Accepted python-jenkinsapi into quantal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

quantal has seen the end of its life and is no longer receiving any updates. Marking the quantal task for this ticket as "Won't Fix".
