no xv for PIL

Bug Description

Binary package hint: python-imaging

1. I used the Feisty version for Ubuntu.

2. I downloaded PIL from the package manager from Ubuntu

3. I made a program using PIL

4. When running the program, it had to use xv, which Ubuntu did not have.
