Availability: In universe for raring.

Rationale: New dependency for Openstack Cinder, providing RESTful interaction with a 3PAR storage array for block device provisioning.

Security: No CVE's found

QA: Installs OK, unit testing as part of package build process.

Dependencies: Other than python-flask all in main

Standards compliance: Lintian clean, standards compliant.

Maintenance: Simple package; RESTful client for 3PAR array comms.

python-hp3parclient is fine. Could use a bug subscriber. Tests are run and fail the build, which is nice.

Do you know if this is likely to be packaged in Debian too?

Flask was already approved (but not promoted yet) last month in bug 1086955.
