The attachment "python-dateutil_1.5+dfsg-0.1ubuntu1.debdiff" seems to be a debdiff. The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug report so that they can review and hopefully sponsor the debdiff. If the attachment isn't a patch, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment, remove the "patch" tag, and if you are member of the ~ubuntu-sponsors, unsubscribe the team.

Thanks jibel, that package is currently a direct sync from Debian and it would make it sense to keep it this way, could you send those changes to the Debian BTS?

Yes, I realized after submitting the patch to Ubuntu. I'll submit it Debian and let it go through the sync process as there is no emergency. Could you unsubscribe 'ubuntu-sponsors' please? I don't have the privilege to do that.
