Seems fine, just a couple issues:

- It's missing ${sphinxdoc:Depends}, meaning that the docs won't work unless a user happens to also have libjs-sphinxdoc installed (I'm surprised the docs aren't split into a separate package actually)

- Needs a team bug subscriber

- Missing a python3 version, but that's OK for openstack.

python-congressclient is fixed up, however there's a bit of a chicken and egg situation now with a circular dependency.

Here are the fixes:
git clone --branch debian/mitaka lp:~corey.bryant/ubuntu/+source/python-congressclient

The new version of python-openstackclient (which has python3-openstackclient) is dependent on python-congressclient getting into main:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-openstackclient/2.0.0-3/+build/8998367

And python-congressclient is dependent on python3-openstackclient.

Would you be able to approve this as is and then we can get the uploads sorted out?
