Bug Description

Availability: Currently in universe
Rationale: Dependency for horizon
Security: No security history.
Quality Assurance: Package works out of the box with no prompting. There is no major bugs in Ubuntu and the is no major bugs in Debian.
Standards Compliance: FHS and Debian Policy compliant.
Maintenance: Simple python package that the Ubuntu Server Team will take care of.
Dependencies: All are in main

Some comments:
 * Needs to use dh_python2 instead of python-support.
 * This appears to be a deprecated version of cherrypy, superceded by python-cherrypy3. Does it make sense to promote this instead of that? Is this version still receiving security updates and bug fixes?
 * It seems to have a test suite in cherrypy/test that does not get run. Is that runnable during build?

The 2.x branch looks pretty dead and there was some discussion about removing it from Debian prior to Wheezy since it's not actively maintained there.
