Bug Description

Binary package hint: python-central

Hello

I recently upgraded from 9.10 to 10.04. I have a problem with the package python-numpy. I cannot run update or install any software anymore because it tells me to reinstall python-numpy first, that the package is in very inconsistent state or something. So I typed sudo apt-get install --reinstall python-numpy in terminal to try to fix the problem but this is what I get:

What should I do? I'm running out of ideas, thanks for helping me!
