Installing bzrtools1.3 for Hardy from the bzr PPA causes a pycentral traceback

Bug Description

Using the bzr team PPA to install bzrtools 1.3 on Hardy, I get this:

Preparing to replace bzrtools 1.2.0-1ubuntu3 (using .../bzrtools_1.3.0-1~bazaar1~hardy1_all.deb) ...

This happens for the version from main, too.

It happens only for upgrades, not new installations. So a workaround is to remove the package and reinstall it.

I also have the same problem. I'm trying to remove bzrtools and install it again for try to solve this problem.

I agree with Emilio Monfort.Removing completely and reinstalling bzr-tools doesn't produce the error.
Tested on AMD64
