Bug Description

Binary package hint: python-central

The initial error was that onboard 0.91 failed to install/upgrade. This error occurred immediately after running Update Manager. Subsequently, apport produced this error message related to pycentral.

The currently installed python-central package is 0.5.60ubuntu4.
