The system crash totally in an unexpected way even when I simply
browse the web and I do not know which process cause the problem.

It is the first time that I experience a crash like this in linux.

I do not know how to identify the process that crash.

The packages as made by Ubuntu/Debian have extra install/remove pieces that keep track of Python packages also known as pycentral. For whatever reason that is failing and it is failing for several other packages too - apsw just happens to come first alphabetically.

Unfortunately the logs do not include what the underlying issue is other than an exit code of 2. You can try again and see if that fixes it, else someone more familiar with Ubuntu packaging internals and Python will need to help.
