Can not import Qwt5 library in python

Bug Description
When I try to import Qwt5, I get the following error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
File "/usr/lib/
from Qwt import *
ImportError: /usr/lib/
I get the same error when running any of the examples.

I have the same error.
I've tried to use python2.5 instead without any success.
It seems that the bindings doesn't correspond to the real library
