Bug Description

1)
cat /etc/os-release
PRETTY_NAME="Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS"
NAME="Ubuntu"
VERSION_ID="24.04"
VERSION="24.04.2 LTS (Noble Numbat)"

2)
apt-cache policy pypy3-lib-testsuite
pypy3-lib-testsuite:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 7.3.15+dfsg-1build3
  Version table:
     7.3.15+dfsg-1build3 500
        500 http://it.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble/universe amd64 Packages
        500 http://it.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble/universe i386 Packages

3)
I expected a successful installation with synaptic.

4)
The synaptic installation crashed and a generic error message appeared on the terminal.
    I suppose the error occurred building the package during the compilation.
    Synaptic remained blocked and to close it was necessary to kill the process.
    The command: sudo dpkg-reconfigure pypy3-lib-testsuite was not capable to resume.
    Also the more generic: sudo dpkg --configure -a was not capable to resume.
    The partial installation was carefully cleaned to resume the ystem to a correct state.
