Bug Description

Please sync pympd 0.07-1.3 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Install files into /usr and not into /usr/localwhich fixes the FTBFS
have been included upstream

pympd (0.07-1.3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * debian/rules:
    - Pass --prefix=/usr to (Closes: #557921).
  * debian/control:
    - Add Homepage field (Closes: #380476).

    - Fix watch file, thanks Raphael Geissert (Closes: #449846).
