pymca has depreciate messages on console startup

I am on Ubuntu12.04 64bit.

A start of pymca from console shows:

user@userhost:~$ pymca

The message for the hidden markov model is problematic with "has known numerical stability issues".

This should be fixed before it causes bugs.
