Bug Description

pylint 1.8 made make_tests function private: https://github.com/PyCQA/pylint/issues/1438
The objects LintTestUsingModule and LintTestUpdate were moved to pylint/test/test_func.py. Therefore pylint-common and pylint-celery fail to build now.

pylint-django updated their tests in https://github.com/PyCQA/pylint-django/commit/7162194195074f3b7b2d126ab740edf254898a7e - similar changes might be needed for these plugins.
