Bug Description

Running TV-MAXE, tried to access channel GSP, screen dimmed, then TV-MAXE aborted. no other applications running.

this is likely an issue with the gtk bindings, or the use of the gtk bindings.

maybe report this issue to the ppa owner, the application is not part of ubuntu
